RETRIGGER BACKGROUND CHECK EMAIL TO CUSTOMER
A customer may indicate they did not receive the email communication required to complete the background check. You may want to advise the customer to check their junk or spam box.
Retriggering background check email:
- Ensures customer is able to complete the required step to become a volunteer.
- Provides manual solution for staff to resolve issue.
- Triggers Salesforce-initiated email as well as indicates to vendor to retransmit their email communication.
