Saralux provides our council hardware and operating software support such as Microsoft products. Attached are instructions on how to file a help desk ticket with Saralux.
If there is a hardware update (something which cannot be handled remotely), there will be a regular schedule of a Saralux representative being present in the council office. Saralux does not have a person employed at the council office to troubleshoot hardware issues.
NOTE: Saralux does NOT trouble shoot Salesforce.
